Global Business Talent F.E.C. is a programme designed to connect international talent to Finnish companies looking for
growth domestically and abroad. Global Business Talent F.E.C. is a 6-month programme including working, training and networking. No yawn-inducing lectures, but interactive, hands-on learning that sticks.

Participants will be equipped with cutting-edge training, one-to-one-consulting and peer learning.

The ultimate goal? To secure a permanent employment contract by the end of the
programme, marking the start of a successful career in Finland.

Who is eligible to apply?

You may have a higher degree in the field of
● commerce,
● technology,
● communication,
● service industry,
● or another suitable higher educational background from Finland or abroad.

Ideally, you'll bring a background in business, marketing, sales, or communications to the table, or perhaps you've engaged in marketing activities through your extracurricular
ventures. Also recent graduates with a robust background of marketing studies may also
find this opportunity fitting.

The most crucial factors are

● suitability and alignment with the company’s needs
● a strong desire to develop your own expertise and a growth mindset
● willingness to work in the field of marketing, sales and export for companies
based in Helsinki, Espoo or Vantaa. Our partner companies are on the lookout for
adept individuals ready to tackle a variety of roles, from planning and
implementing growth marketing campaigns, managing customer communications and running digital marketing projects to creating and customer relationships internationally.

The programme is primarily aimed at unemployed individuals or those at risk of
unemployment who are clients of the Helsinki, Espoo or Vantaa Työllisyyspalvelut
(Employment Services). The programme will be conducted in English, so participants are expected to have a working proficiency in English. Finnish language skills are a bonus
but not required. Your native language should be other than Finnish.
